It is an Indo-Japanese joint venture Company Team Strength - 1200+ Employees Pan India Location - Gandhinagar/Rajkot/Surat/Banaskantha/Mehsana Designation - Site Engineer Reporting To - Project Manager Project - Anganwadi Building Project Experience - 3-5 years in site supervision in building construction, interiors, and architectural works Education - BE/Diploma Civil Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Project activities of contractors and subcontractors at site and Maintain a Daily Progress records of Project activities i.e. manpower, machinery, work output etc. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes. Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction and interior finishes. Preparation and verification of measurement sheets, Pour Cards, MTCs, Test Reports etc. and maintain site related documentation Possessing experience in installation of precast will be an additional advantage. Execution of interiors with best finishes Execution of simple MEP works Preparation of bills to be preferred on clients Enforce safety standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction, interiors, and architectural works, with a focus on on-site project management. Proficient in construction software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools. Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects. Strong understanding of architectural principles and interior design, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Knowledge of codes and standards related to Building construction . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
