About the role
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot electrical faults and repair motors, control panels, transformers, generators, and wiring systems. Inspect electrical installations to identify hazards, defects, and maintenance requirements. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and control systems. Monitor and maintain electrical safety standards and comply with company policies. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime. Assist in upgrading and modifying electrical systems when required. Ensure proper use of tools, test instruments, and safety equipment.
