What you'll do: Own the end to end test automation strategy and execution Architect and govern scalable UiPath Test Suite frameworks Drive quality, risk management, and technical excellence across engagements Mentor and coach automation engineers to help them grow Partner with clients, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes What we're looking for: 8 to 12 years of IT experience with 3+ years in a Test Automation Lead or Technical Lead role 5+ years of hands on experience with UiPath Test Suite, Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager Strong expertise in automation framework architecture and Agile delivery Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills UiPath Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Test Automation Specialist certifications are required Nice to have: Banking domain expertise Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, SAP, Salesforce, or cloud platforms If you're ready for your next big move, wed love to connect with you.
