What We Are Looking For: As a Customer Engagement Telecaller. You'll be the voice of Urban Culture, assisting existing app users who may have technical issues, cancelled bookings, or haven't availed services in a while. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer relationships and driving sales. Roles and Responsibilities: - Address customer queries and concerns, offering timely and effective solutions. - Engage with dormant app users or those who have canceled bookings to understand their concerns and potentially convert them back. - Assist users facing technical issues within the app, guiding them through troubleshooting steps. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Maintain a detailed understanding of our services to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: - Open to freshers with exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English. - Must be available for immediate onsite joining in Jaipur. - Personal laptop required for work purposes. - Qualifications_ - High school diploma or equivalent. - Robust problem-solving and organizational skills. - Excellent customer service orientation. Working Conditions: - Full-time position. - Standard working hours: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
