About the role
Job Title: ETL / Data Engineer (FP&A Focus) Location: Remote | Full-Time About The Role We're looking for a Data Engineer / ETL Specialist with FP&A experience to design and manage data pipelines that integrate ERP, CRM, and financial systems into FP&A platforms like Vena. You'll help finance teams get accurate, reliable, and analysis-ready data. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ETL pipelines from ERP, CRM, GL, HR, APIs, and flat files. Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data for accuracy. Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders on implementations. Document and standardize ETL processes for repeatable use. Requirements 4+ years in ETL / data engineering. Strong SQL and relational database skills. Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Vena Data Modeler). Knowledge of FP&A and financial data structures (GL, budgets, forecasts). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have FP&A platform experience (Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment). ERP knowledge (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Deltek, QuickBooks). Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, Excel integrations. Consulting / professional services background.
