About the role
Job Description: You will be handling projects in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within the wind and solar sectors, with capacities ranging from 52.8 MW to 151.8 MW, among others. Responsibilities: - Experience in Hybrid projects involving solar, wind, and Extra High Voltage (EHV) Line systems. - Expertise in developing and implementing robust Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems. - Proficient in driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance. - Skilled in executing comprehensive risk assessments, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). - Implementation of a safety culture within the organization. - Ensuring client compliance for EHS standards across multiple project sites to align with site-specific regulations. Qualifications: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Diploma in Industrial Safety. - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electrical.
