Location Sacramento, CA Description: Demonstrated experience in the preparation of complete design and construction packages for the installation and modification of high voltage substations. Ability to develop project plans to define scope, budget, schedule, resources, and evaluate technical bids for equipment utilized in the electric system. demonstrated specific skills should include design and layout of high voltage substations, protection and control schemes at substations and/or power generation facilities, SCADA, plan and profile drawings, one line, three line, elementary, schematic, and wiring drawing creation for high voltage substations. Demonstrated knowledge of industry specifications, industry design standards, and applicable codes for the design of high voltage substations such as IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, etc.
