Title: UNIX Administrator Location: Sacramento, CA SCOPE OF WORK: Administration of AIX/RedHat Enterprise servers in UNIX infrastructure environment, including patching/updating per standard schedule Provision AIX/RedHat virtual server builds in PowerVM/VMware Working with customers both internal and external to troubleshoot incidents Maintain documentation and diagrams associated with UNIX infrastructure environment

Technical Requirements Experience with system build process and procedures in a virtualized environment Experience with troubleshooting of AIX/Red Hat based environment Experience with the creation of monitoring capabilities to assist in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and monitoring of the UNIX based environment. Experience with the migration of RHEL 5 machines to RHEL 7 Experience with IBM PowerVM virtualization environment (AIX) Experience with VMware server system administration (RHEL)

Desirable Qualification Experience with shell scripting/programming Experience with PowerHA Experience with IBM PowerVC Experience with IBM Big Fix Patch Management Experience with IBM Tivoli Monitoring Experience with Ancible Experience with Puppet Experience with Windows System Administration Experience with physical server racking/installation Experience hardening Operating Systems to meet information security standards.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience Must have experience with either IBM AIX or Red Hat Linux in an Enterprise level environment.
