About the role
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-agency, tech-savvy operator to design, implement, and scale our ERP, data, and AI-driven operating ecosystem end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and technology—ensuring every workflow (sales to delivery to accounting) is integrated, automated, and decision-ready. Key Responsibilities: a) ERP & Systems Architecture • Design and implement a fully integrated ERP ecosystem across CRM, project management, accounting, and HR systems. • Ensure seamless, end-to-end data flow without manual intervention. b) Business Process Transformation • Map and redesign workflows across sales, execution, billing, and collections • Eliminate inefficiencies and embed SOPs into systems for scale c) Data Automation & AI Layer • Build a single source of truth with real-time dashboards and KPIs (revenue, profitability, utilization, cash flow) • Leverage automation, APIs, and AI tools to eliminate manual reporting and documentation • Deploy AI copilots and intelligent workflows to enhance decision-making and team productivity • Integrate AI into core systems to enable predictive insights and faster execution d) Tech Implementation & Ownership • Act as the internal product owner for all systems and tools • Work with vendors, developers, and internal teams to implement and optimize solutions Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years experience in ERP implementation, business systems, or data + operations roles. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with working knowledge of Python. • Experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM ecosystems What Success Looks Like: • Fully integrated and AI-enabled operating system. • Minimal manual reporting. • Real-time visibility into business performance. • Scalable infrastructure for growth.
