Data Scientist - Machine Learning, AI, Python

As a Data Scientist at UsefulBI, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into intelligent business insights and developing models that drive real-world decision-making. You will be involved in the entire data science lifecycle, from data exploration to GenAI integration and insight generation across various domains such as healthcare, finance, and enterprise analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver high-performance, AI-integrated digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deploy ML models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, etc. - Perform feature engineering and model tuning for optimal performance and accuracy. - Conduct A/B testing and model validation following industry best practices. - Work with LLMs and GenAI frameworks to design applications like intelligent report generators, summarizers, Q&A bots, etc. - Apply NLP techniques for entity recognition, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, semantic search, etc. - Deploy models using MLOps pipelines and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. - Monitor model performance, retrain models, and integrate them into production systems using APIs and cloud infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML/GenAI Engineer. - Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - End-to-end ML lifecycle experience including model development, validation, and deployment. - Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling. - Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers. - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, LLM fine-tuning. - Knowledge of SQL, at least one NoSQL database, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and version control (Git). - Excellent communication skills to convey complex models to non-technical audiences.
