Analyst II - Operations

As a Kinaxis Architect at UST, you will play a key role in driving large-scale supply chain transformations by designing, configuring, and deploying Kinaxis solutions. With over seven years of experience in supply chain planning, including Mastero systems implementation, you will lead blueprint workshops, configure dashboards and algorithms, ensure data integration with ERPs like SAP, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise in developing Kinaxis workbooks, automations, and customizations, as well as overseeing closed-loop processes, will be crucial for successful technical design initiatives for both inbound and outbound operations. Holding Advanced Kinaxis Authoring (Level 2/3) and Solution Architect certifications, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail in fast-paced project environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Solution Design: Leading the end-to-end design of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro applications for demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP in the CPG industry. - Contribute to design workshops on planning and system capabilities. - Develop technical specs using Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP Planning platforms. - Configuration & Optimization: Performing advanced authoring within Kinaxis, building dashboards, workbooks, scenarios, and managing data workflows. - Troubleshooting issues during implementation and advocating for the adoption of Maestro Planning processes. - Domain Expertise: Demonstrating strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization. Your qualifications should include: - 820 years of supply chain planning experience with deep RapidResponse expertise. - Strong client-facing skills and proficiency in developing Kinaxis workbooks, automations, and customizations. - Hold Advanced Kinaxis Authoring (Level 2/3) and Solution Architect certifications. - Active Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring certifications are strongly preferred. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
