Architect I -SFDC CPQ Playwright Automation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing functional and regression Quality Assurance (QA) for Salesforce Revenue Cloud & Sales Cloud enhancements. This includes validating quote-to-cash workflows, supporting QA for production bug fixes and change requests, building automation coverage, creating and maintaining regression test suites, and supporting integration testing across downstream Salesforce applications. You will work closely with product owners, developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality and release readiness. Additionally, you will contribute to improving QA turnaround time and increasing automation efficiency during the stabilization period. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional and regression QA for Salesforce Revenue Cloud & Sales Cloud enhancements - Validate quote-to-cash workflows, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and ordering flows - Support QA for production bug fixes, change requests, and ongoing business enhancements - Build and enhance automation coverage for Revenue Cloud business processes - Create and maintain regression test suites for new and existing Salesforce implementations - Support integration testing across downstream Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud where applicable - Work closely with product owners, developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality and release readiness - Contribute during the stabilization period by helping improve QA turnaround time and increasing automation efficiency Qualification Required: - 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance - Good understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quotes, assets subscriptions, renewals, amendments, pricing, products - Experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and integrations - Good experience in test automation for Salesforce applications - Experience in designing, building, and maintaining functional, integration, and regression test suites - Strong understanding of both manual and automation testing in fast-paced release environments - Experience supporting production validation, defect triaging, and release testing - Exposure to AI-driven QA/testing tools or experience leveraging AI tools to improve test design, automation efficiency, and defect analysis - Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimum training time Company Details: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation.
