The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer & Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data analysis, SQL development, reporting, and business understanding. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and taking ownership of challenging assignments. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies and Power BI while ensuring data quality, performance, and business value. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies. Develop and support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes. Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and reporting needs. Provide production support, issue resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are followed. Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and tools relevant to the BI and Analytics landscape.

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts Experience in data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents.
