About the role
Role Summary We are seeking creative, technically strong problem solvers to join our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) advisory practice. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA and cognitive automation solutions for global clients using platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere. The candidate will work closely with teams across North America and Europe and contribute to automation strategy, architecture, implementation, governance, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and mitigate operational risk. Build reusable automation components and maintain RPA development standards and best practices. Collaborate with client IT, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams during solution design and implementation. Prepare technical documentation including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), test cases, and deployment guides. Support UAT, production rollout, hypercare, and ongoing bot maintenance. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Contribute to RPA governance, capability building, and internal knowledge repositories. Work with distributed teams across multiple time zones and support client interactions when required. Must-Have Skills RPA & Automation Strong hands-on experience with: UiPath Automation Anywhere Minimum 3+ years of experience in RPA/automation implementation projects. Experience in end-to-end bot development lifecycle: Process assessment Solution design Development Testing Deployment Production support Technical Skills Strong programming/scripting knowledge in one or more: Python PowerShell VBScript Bash Java C# Good understanding of: Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) Design patterns Layered architecture Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with: SQL Server / databases APIs / Web Services Windows environments Cognitive & Intelligent Automation Understanding of: OCR AI/ML concepts NLP Cognitive automation tools Document processing workflows Communication & Delivery Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in global delivery models and overlapping with US/EU time zones. Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with configuration management and release processes. Hands-on troubleshooting and production support experience.
