Full Stack Developer (Node.js and React.js)

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React. · Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. · Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps. · Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership. · Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. · Experience or has worked in Java technologies like Groovy. · Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems. · Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions. · Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React. · Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or RDBMS, and microservices architecture. · Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design. · Proficiency in modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines). · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). · Experience with serverless architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. · Familiarity with testing frameworks React Testing Library. · Exposure to database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
