As a GPS Cyber Lead at the company, your role is to provide Cyber oversight and support for the Global Payments Services and Digital Technology value stream in your region. Your specific responsibilities include: - Leading Cybersecurity activities in GPS / Digital Technology and acting as the primary point of contact with business, technology, and risk stakeholders in the region. - Reporting to the US and GPS CISO and supporting the execution of the Group Information Security and Cybersecurity strategy across GPS. - Translating technical Cybersecurity concepts into understandable language to assess and improve cybersecurity and information security risk. - Collaborating with the central functions of the Group Cybersecurity team, GPS Technology teams, and Business control and risk stakeholders to achieve cyber and information security goals. - Governing & Reporting, Information Security Risk Management and Remediation, Secure Business Transformation, Customer Support, and Regulatory Compliance in relation to the GPS. - Representing GPS from a cyber perspective for regulatory, audit, and external security engagements. - Aligning Cyber with Business requirements to help GPS achieve objectives while managing information security risk effectively. - Maintaining cyber reporting as required by the function and/or regulators. - Understanding markets, customers, and the financial services industry security landscape to analyze and communicate developments for the local regional markets. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in IT security governance and operational processes, preferably in the Financial Services industry or global corporate service provider. - Previous experience as a Business Information Security Officer within the Financial Services industry, with additional experience desired in a global Cybersecurity function. - Excellent spoken and written communication skills, ability to adapt communication style based on the audience, and fluency in English. - Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer needs. - Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders and build good working relationships quickly. - Self-motivation to learn and pick things up quickly. - Industry-recognized cybersecurity-related certifications desired, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
