Role Overview: As an experienced IAM professional with 7-9 years of expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing Oracle IAM and SailPoint IAM tools. Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication will be essential as you work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Developing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions - Performing production support activities to resolve IAM-related issues - Independently analyzing business problems, gathering requirements, and documenting findings, recommendations, and system enhancements - Leading small-scale IAM projects - Maintaining performance reports - Handling confidential information with integrity and security awareness Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in IAM development and support, with a focus on Oracle IAM and SailPoint IAM - Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and provide innovative solutions - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience in performance monitoring - Knowledge of IAM security best practices and compliance standards - Prior experience in mentoring and guiding teams Additional Details: Your expertise in IAM, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, and Azure Cloud will be highly valuable in this role.
