Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / QA / Product Analyst (Payments Domain) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst / QA / Product Analyst to bridge business requirements, product strategy, and software quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Product Analysis, Agile delivery, and Payments domain , with exposure to financial services compliance and modern SDLC practices. Key Responsibilities Business Systems Analysis Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams. Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Support solution design and validate that delivered functionality meets business objectives. Quality Assurance Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements. Perform manual testing and coordinate automated testing activities. Execute regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, document, prioritise, and track software defects using defect management tools. Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Ensure adherence to QA standards and testing best practices. Product Analysis Analyse customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to drive product improvements. Support Product Managers in defining product roadmaps, features, and priorities. Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Prepare product documentation, release notes, and training materials. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies and QA processes. Experience with: JIRA Selenium TestRail Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks including: Scrum SAFe Kanban Knowledge of financial services compliance including: PCI DSS SOX Data Privacy Regulations Domain expertise in one or more of: Payments Payment Gateways Billing & Subscription Platforms Auto Leasing Preferred Qualifications Agile Product Owner certification. Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis. Exposure to Tableau or other BI/reporting tools. Experience with Microsoft Excel for business and product analysis. Understanding of UX principles and Customer Journey Mapping. Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
