About the role
Organisation unit Reports to Digital X, Architecture Engineering Head of CEOPS Service Delivery What does this role holder do? (Responsibilities) • Enforce Power Platform DLP policies and ensure compliant use of connectors and data • Monitor end-to-end solution health across Power Platform and Azure services • Troubleshoot Azure services (Functions, APIs, messaging) and integration failures • Support and monitor solutions deployed via GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Perform structured troubleshooting across complex, distributed systems • Clearly communicate incidents, business impact, and resolution actions Purpose of the Role • Ensure stability, governance, and operational support of Power Platform and Azure solutions • Maintain secure, compliant, and reliable operation across low-code and cloud-native platforms • Provide cross-platform troubleshooting expertise to support evolving integration patterns (API, event-driven, agent-based) Skills, Knowledge & Experience • Power Platform admin experience (DLP, governance, monitoring) • Azure knowledge (Functions, APIs, Service Bus, App Services, networking basics) • Monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics/KQL) and end-to-end tracing • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication (OAuth, Managed Identity, RBAC) • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and release/change impact management • Knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks in regulated environments • Troubleshooting skills, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement mindset
