Lead I - Data Science(Python+AI)

Job Description: Python + AI Developer (5+ Years Experience) Role Summary We are looking for a skilled Python + AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable Python applications integrated with AI/ML solutions. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, architects, and business teams to deliver intelligent, automation-driven solutions and support enterprise-level applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services Build, train, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world business use cases Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis Integrate AI/ML models into applications, APIs, and enterprise workflows Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Debug complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and enhance application performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Business stakeholders) Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and governance practices Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python programming Solid understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts: Supervised & Unsupervised Learning Classification, Regression, Clustering Experience working with Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas Scikit-learn Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms Experience with SQL and relational databases Familiarity with model evaluation and tuning techniques Good to Have Skills Exposure to deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch Experience in: REST API development (Flask / FastAPI / Django) MLOps concepts and deployment workflows Knowledge of version control systems (Git) Basic/Intermediate exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience working with Docker / Kubernetes is a plus Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Python are an added advantage Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
