Lead I - Enterprise Solutions(SAP ABAP, SAP CRM)

JD:  Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP CRM applications using ABAP, OO ABAP  Work extensively on CRM WebUI, BOL/GENIL, and component enhancements.  Build and optimize custom reports, interfaces, workflows, SmartForms, and data migration objects.  Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support as needed.  Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and best practic  6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and SAP CRM technical development.  Strong expertise in CRM WebUI, BOL/GENIL, Component/Field Enhancements, and UI Configuration.  Familiarity with Agile delivery, defect management, and version control practices.  Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.  Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
