Lead I - SE - Java , Springboot, Microservices (India)

Role description We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with solid experience in building scalable, high-performance microservices using Java and Spring-based frameworks. The role involves designing APIs, developing distributed systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Build and manage microservices-based architectures Develop and integrate RESTful APIs Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications Mandatory Skills Solid proficiency in Java Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot Solid experience in building microservices Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs Good understanding of backend architecture and design principles Nice to Have Experience with Kotlin Exposure to modern backend frameworks or cloud-native development Familiarity with containerization or CI/CD concepts Skills java,spring boot,microservices architecture,restful api,kotlin About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
