Lead I - Software Engineering

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. Build and integrate workflow automation solutions using Camunda/Zeebe 8.7. Utilize Camunda/Zeebe SDK APIs to create, manage, and orchestrate business workflows. Develop BPMN-based workflow solutions and integrate them with enterprise applications. Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Develop unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality. Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment automation. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives. Document technical designs, APIs, and implementation details. Required Technical Skills Core Technologies Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11/17 or above). Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework. Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Validation. Expertise in developing REST APIs. Microservices Strong understanding of Microservices architecture. Experience in service decomposition and API design. Service-to-service communication using REST or messaging. API versioning and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI). Exception handling and centralized logging. Performance optimization and scalability best practices. Camunda/Zeebe (Mandatory) Basic knowledge of Camunda/Zeebe 8.7 architecture. Understanding of BPMN workflow concepts. Knowledge of Camunda/Zeebe SDK APIs. Ability to develop and integrate workflow-based business processes. Understanding of workflow orchestration and job workers. Familiarity with process deployment, execution, and monitoring.
