Lead I - Software Engineering - C++

Job Description – C/C++ Developer Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Trivandram Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a skilled C/C++ Developer with strong programming expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile environments, good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C and C++ . Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code following coding standards. Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support when required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain technical documentation and update project artifacts in Jira and Confluence . Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best development practices.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C and C++ development. Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using Jira and Confluence . Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance when needed. Understanding of Microservices Architecture . Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of Golang . Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with system programming, multithreading, and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
