Senior Backend Developer (Node.js + Python + AWS + Microservices) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, Python, AWS, Microservices, REST APIs, and System Design . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native distributed applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (such as OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar) to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, enhance code quality, and accelerate software delivery. Required Experience 6+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of backend development experience. Strong experience with Node.js. Good hands-on experience with Python. Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming. Experience designing scalable distributed systems. Strong System Design knowledge. Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture. Strong REST API development experience. Experience with AWS cloud services. Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases.
