Lead QE activities for the designated domain Plan and drive in‑sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts) Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc. for faster feedback and scalability Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Hands-on QE leadership Strong: 5-6 years

Automation: Selenium / Playwright, REST API Strong Hands-on: 4-6 years

Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years

Mobile automation:Appium Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years

AI‑driven quality insights Intermediate: 1-2 years

Gitlab, CI/CD tools Expert: 2-4 years

Manual Testing Expert: 4-6 years

Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest Expert: 3-5 years

Telecom Domain experience in 1 or more of the below areas: - Telecom Retail - POS transactions, billing integration, inventory tracking, and payment gateway compliance. - Telecom Retail Care - Subscriber billing cycles, account provisioning, and Order management platforms (such as Amdocs Ensemble - Telecom Digital - digital channels — native mobile, web self-care, e-commerce - Telecom (prepaid & postpaid) rating & billing, revenue assurance, tariff & discount logic, compliance & Tax, Regulatory - Telecom Enterprise/Back Office - Supply chain, procurement, finance, commissions, HR/payroll, commissions - Telecom Network/Infra - Network services (Mobile, Fiber, Broadband), OSS provisioning/activation, B2B/enterprise network services Strong: 4-6 years
