Lead II - Software Engineering

Role Responsibilities: Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow. Integrate Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights. Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems. Continuously improve AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow. Proficiency in Looker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CVP and ICM systems, with a solid understanding of contact center technologies. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
