Lead II - Software Testing

ServiceNow Tester Coordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers and ensure requirements and quality gates are met before go-live. Key responsibilities:

Review, provide feedback on and coordinate SIT across all three suppliers

Define and execute cross-supplier SIT scenarios

Coordinate, support and execute UAT with business SMEs; track defects and support producing sign off documentation

Log, assign and track all defects across all test phases, lead defect triage

Produce sprint test reports, go-live readiness assessment and coordinate formal sign off

Skills required

• Test management and coordination experience

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Testing

• Strong ServiceNow knowledge ITSM, Vulnerability Management integrations with security scanners (Qualys, Wiz) and CMDB

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

• ATF or any other automation of ServiceNow testing (desirable)
