.NET, React, AWS- Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Description Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS) 5-7 Years Objective / Context Hiring a proactive Full Stack Developer to build, modernize, and scale enterprise-grade web applications using .NET, React, AWS, and AI-assisted development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS Build RESTful APIs and integrate seamlessly with UI applications Develop clean, maintainable full-stack code across backend and frontend Work on modernization of legacy systems, ensuring stability and incremental improvements Implement database design, query optimization, and schema management Develop responsive UI using React, Redux/Context API, and modern frameworks Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps for end-to-end delivery Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices Ensure application performance, security, and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack (including legacy codebases) Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making AI & Engineering Excellence Expectations Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools Ability to accelerate development using AI while ensuring code quality and security Validate, refactor, and optimize AI-generated code for enterprise standards Promote Copilot-first / AI-first development practices within the team Required Skills Strong experience in C, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, MVC Experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway) Hands-on experience in React.js (Hooks, Redux) Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Solid experience in SQL Server / MySQL and data modelling Experience with Entity Framework / ORM frameworks Proficiency in Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools Experience in authentication (OAuth, JWT) Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, TDD Familiarity with Jest / React Testing Library Preferred / Good To Have Exposure to Node.js-based backend services Strong understanding of performance tuning and secure coding (OWASP) Experience in high-scale enterprise or payments domain systems Behavioral & Leadership Expectations Proactive mindset - identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives execution Ability to work effectively in legacy + modern hybrid environments Strong ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision Excellent collaboration with distributed/onshore-offshore teams Ability to mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence Experience & Qualification 5-7 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Skills net fullstack,aws system,react.js,sql server,entity framework,github copilot,docker Role Description Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS) 5-7 Years Objective / Context Hiring a proactive Full Stack Developer to build, modernize, and scale enterprise-grade web applications using .NET, React, AWS, and AI-assisted development practices.
