Senior Software Engineer - PowerCurve Originations (PCOA) Mandatory Skill: PowerCurve Originations (PCOA) Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications built on PowerCurve Originations (PCOA).

Work closely with Product Consultants, Product Analysts, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and technical specifications for application enhancements and new feature development.

Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.

Develop and implement application components, business services, workflows, and integrations in alignment with project requirements.

Analyze business processes and technical requirements to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to define solution architecture and ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

Perform application development, feature enhancements, defect fixes, and technical improvements within the PowerCurve platform.

Conduct impact analysis for change requests, enhancements, and system modifications.

Support application integration with internal and external systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable technical solutions.

Contribute to quality assurance activities, including unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and release validation.

Participate in code reviews, technical reviews, and peer reviews to ensure solution quality and maintainability.

Lead build, implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and proactively drive remediation plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering, Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, estimation, and release planning activities.

Mentor team members and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.

Work closely with Product Development teams to address product feature gaps and deliver technical enhancements.

Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing development activities to meet project commitments and delivery timelines.
