Drive ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, including custom code remediation and adaptation. Design, develop, and support RICEF objects, OData services, interfaces, and enhancements. Lead SAP BTP extension development and SAP Fiori/UI5 application development. Perform SPDD, SPAU, and SPAU_ENH activities during system upgrades and migrations. Conduct ATC analysis, resolve custom code findings, and ensure Clean Core compliance. Optimize ABAP programs through debugging and performance tuning. Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, and SAP best practices. Mentor and guide a team of ABAP developers, assign tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, testing, and release management processes. Required Experience 10 12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
