Senior PowerCurve Collections Developer - Job DescriptionRole Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer with strong expertise in Experian PowerCurve Collections (on-premise). The role involves hands-on development, configuration, and deployment of collections strategies, along with leadership in solution delivery and technical mentoring. Key Responsibilities Solution Development & Configuration Design, develop, and configure collections solutions using PowerCurve Collections (PCC). Translate business requirements (SDS) into configurable policies, strategies, and rule sets. Develop and customize collections strategies, workflows, and decision logic within PCC. Design and implement data models, interface packs, and integration solutions. Integration & API Development Analyze and implement CDS (Common Data Services) and system interfaces. Develop and configure web services, APIs, and system integrations aligned with client requirements. Work with external systems for file-based and real-time integrations. Database & Backend Development Analyze and optimize Oracle database structures, tables, stored procedures, and functions. Write and enhance PL/SQL scripts for handling complex business rules and multiple account scenarios. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to support business logic execution. DevOps & Deployment Manage code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and AWS/Kubernetes. Lead application deployment across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production). Maintain and update installation guides and deployment documentation. Provide support for release management and environment setup. Testing & Production Support Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and testing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve core product and configuration issues. Provide BAU production support, including: Batch job monitoring using Control-M File transfers and system communications Incident analysis and resolution Leadership & Collaboration Guide and mentor junior developers and solution analysts in low-level design and development. Review technical deliverables, including API specs and LLD documents. Act as a technical lead for PCC implementations where required. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients, ensuring solution alignment. Governance & Best Practices Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and documentation standards. Promote best practices in coding, version control, and deployment. Align solutions with regulatory requirements and customer fairness principles. Required Qualifications & Skills Core Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC On-Premise)(Mandatory) Expertise in Design Studio configuration and strategy implementation Proficiency in: Java / J2EE Web Services (REST/SOAP) PL/SQL (Oracle database) DevOps & Tools Experience with: Git / Bitbucket Jenkins CI/CD pipelines AWS / Kubernetes (preferred) Familiarity with monitoring and scheduling tools like Control-M Development & Testing Tools IDEs: Eclipse API Testing: Postman Issue Tracking: JIRA, HP ALM Documentation: Confluence Additional Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to Machine Learning / Python integration Experience in enterprise-scale financial systems or collections domain Soft Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and client interaction abilities Proven leadership and mentoring experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment Experience 5+ years of experience in PowerCurve Collections development and implementation Location Mumbai, India What we believe: We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
