ServiceNow Lead Tester Coordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers and ensure requirements and quality gates are met before go-live. Key responsibilities: Review, provide feedback on and coordinate SIT across all three suppliersDefine and execute cross-supplier SIT scenariosCoordinate, support and execute UAT with business SMEs; track defects and support producing sign off documentationLog, assign and track all defects across all test phases, lead defect triageProduce sprint test reports, go-live readiness assessment and coordinate formal sign offSkills required: Test management and coordination experienceStrong experience in ServiceNow TestingStrong ServiceNow knowledge ITSM, Vulnerability Management integrations with security scanners (Qualys, Wiz) and CMDBStrong stakeholder and communication skillsATF or any other automation of ServiceNow testing (desirable) .
