Solution Architect II - Enterprise Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will define technology roadmaps, drive architecture governance, and design scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise architecture strategy for D365 CE, F&O, Power Platform, and Azure. Lead end-to-end solution architecture for CRM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience initiatives. Partner with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation and process optimization. Design integration, data, security, and cloud architecture frameworks. Provide architectural guidance for large-scale D365 implementations and modernization programs. Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and executive stakeholder engagements. Mentor solution architects and technical teams while ensuring adherence to architecture standards.

Required Skills

15–20 years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong expertise in:

Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Commerce) Power Platform and Microsoft Azure

Experience leading enterprise architecture and large transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills. Knowledge of integration architecture, cloud platforms, data governance, and security frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF and Microsoft Solution Architect certifications. Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Professional Services industries.

• Enterprise Architecture, D365 CE, D365 F&O, Azure, Power Platform, Digital Transformation, Solution Governance, Integration Architecture.
