About the role
Build and optimize projects of various sizes with little supervision Join team meetings and planning, offering useful input Work closely with business owners and sponsors to ensure applications meet standards and requirements Complete mandatory training and risk assessments as needed Mentor junior developers, lead development, and handle technical issues as required Follow corporate policies, code of conduct, audit procedures, and maintain proper control over financial or confidential data within your scope
Qualifications

5+ years experience in combination of developing complex software solutions

Proven track record of building and optimizing large-scale applications

Experience in mentoring and assisting junior developers a plus

Experience with Continuous Integration practices
