About the role
Location : Coimbatore Business Model : Managed Service (Fixed Price) Start Date: Jun 2026 End Date : Sl.No Requirements Description Skill set 1 Preparation of Test setup and testing In all the mentioned setups, the product needs to be configured without errors (Fault free setup), according to the requirement of the international standard / instructions and guidance from the EMC PR. Quality assurance check to ensure that the tests are done correctly, need to be followed. Tests need to be performed in accordance with the stated methods and procedure. Test data, annexure test result to be prepared after the tests are completed. Environmental conditions necessary for the proper test operation need to be recorded and monitored. Basically, there are four Major Test Benches and other miscellaneous test setups. ALSE:. The tests include Conducted/Radiated emission and immunity. Support as a test officer for preparation of setup, execution of measurements and maintenance of setup. BCI: The tests include conducted immunity. Support the test officer for preparation of setup, execution of measurements and maintenance of setup. TPAV: The tests include Conducted Immunity and emission. Conducting the measurements independently, generating the report and maintenance of setup ESD: The tests include immunity testing. Conducting the measurements independently, generating the report and maintenance of setup. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 processes Hands on Knowledge of automotive EMC standards and sound knowledge on EMC Basics Basic communication skills Basic soldering skills Good knowledge on Hardware (Passive and Active components - RF, Digital and Analog) Hands-on experience in using measuring instruments - Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer /EMI receivers etc. Able to interpret Standards/OEM specifications. Hands on experience in conducting EMC tests. Hands on experience to troubleshoot and resolve EMC test setup issues. 2 Inwards goods receipt and other testing Checking the accessories and instruments that are received after calibration for its completeness and accuracy. Proper handling/usage/ storing of device under test, instruments, and accessories. Verification of Calibration reports and communicate to Calibration responsible if any no-conformance is observed. Intermediate performance check of instruments and accessories and report preparation Verification of instruments in accordance with stated method and procedure and report preparation Maintenance of test setups Support EMC PR in completion of test reports Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 processes Hands on Knowledge of automotive EMC standards and sound knowledge on EMC Basics Basic communication skills Basic soldering skills Good knowledge on Hardware (Passive and Active components - RF, Digital and Analog) Hands-on experience in using measuring instruments - Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer /EMI receivers etc. Able to interpret Standards/OEM specifications.
