Summary: We are looking for a VR Simulation Associate to create and update VR simulations and interactive content using user-friendly VR tools. The role involves developing simulation scenarios, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring content accuracy and quality. Freshers or entry-level candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical backgrounds with basic CAD knowledge, attention to detail, and interest in VR or digital engineering are welcome. Training and continuous support will be provided. Job Description: Key Responsibilities · Create VR simulations and interactive content using a user-friendly, drag-and-drop VR software · Develop simulation scenarios based on provided requirements · Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs · Modify and update VR content as required · Ensure accuracy and quality of VR simulations · Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and workflows during the initial training

Required Qualification Diploma / Certificate / Graduate in: Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Or any related technical field Freshers or entry-level candidates are welcome Basic understanding of CAD tools is preferred Ability to speak and understand English Willingness to work from the office during the specified shift Preferred Skills: Exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) Interest in VR, simulation, or digital content creation Basic technical understanding of mechanical or electrical systems Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and templates Training & Support: Complete hands-on training will be provided on the VR platform Ongoing support from experienced team members during the initial period Ideal Candidate Profile: Looking to start a career in VR / Simulation / Digital Engineering Comfortable working with visual tools rather than complex coding Cost-effective, entry-level talent with strong learning ability Reliable and open to learning new technologies
