Location: Noida, Sector 142 Experience: 2-6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Cloud Solutions / Pre-Sales Role Overview We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Engineer Migration & Pre-Sales with strong hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD . Who primarily work in a client-facing role , understanding customers' existing infrastructure, identifying technical requirements, designing suitable cloud architectures, recommending migration strategies and providing technical resolutions over calls and meetings. The ideal one should have a combination of Cloud Engineering, Solution Architecture, Migration, Technical Pre-Sales and Customer Handling experience. Key Responsibilities Understand and assess customers' existing on-premise/cloud infrastructure. Design appropriate cloud solutions and architecture based on customer requirements. Plan and support cloud migration projects , particularly AWS to GCP , as well as AWS/Azure/GCP environments. Prepare migration approaches, architecture recommendations and technical solutions for existing infrastructure. Participate in customer calls and technical discussions to understand requirements and resolve technical queries. Provide technical troubleshooting and resolutions to customers over calls/meetings. Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during customer discussions and solution finalization. Translate business requirements into appropriate cloud infrastructure solutions. Recommend compute, storage, networking, security and deployment architecture. Provide technical inputs for solution proposals, POCs and customer presentations. Support deployment and migration activities where required. Work with Linux-based cloud environments and troubleshoot infrastructure-level issues. Understand containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes . Understand and support CI/CD pipelines , particularly Jenkins-based deployment workflows. Coordinate with internal technical teams for implementation and resolution of customer requirements. Maintain solution architecture and technical documentation. Required Technical Skills Cloud Platforms: Strong working knowledge of AWS Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Understanding of multi-cloud and cloud migration environments Hands-on exposure to AWS to GCP migration is highly preferred Solution Architecture & Migration: Ability to understand an organization's existing infrastructure Ability to design and recommend cloud architecture and solutions Cloud Migration / Application Migration knowledge Infrastructure Assessment Solution Designing Architecture Designing Migration Planning On-Premise to Cloud / Cloud-to-Cloud Migration Linux: Strong Linux fundamentals Hands-on Linux administration/troubleshooting experience Understanding of Linux servers in cloud environments Containers Working knowledge of Docker Working knowledge of Kubernetes Understanding of containerization and container orchestration concepts DevOps / CI-CD Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Hands-on/working knowledge of Jenkins Git/GitHub knowledge is preferred Understanding of application deployment workflows Client-Facing & Pre-Sales Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent client-facing/customer-facing experience Ability to conduct technical discussions with customers Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Experience providing technical resolutions over calls Experience supporting Sales/Pre-Sales teams Ability to explain complex cloud solutions in simple business terms Experience in technical demonstrations, solution discussions or POCs will be preferred Preferred Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for candidates who are not limited to backend cloud operations.
