Role Description This is a full-time Project / Operations Manager Network Security role. The role is on-site and based in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include managing network security-related projects, overseeing daily operations to ensure systems are secure and running efficiently, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing security protocols while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The candidate will also be required to lead teams, track project progress, and address any challenges to ensure timely project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management and Operations Management, with a focus on Network Security Strong skills in implementing Security Protocols, Cybersecurity Frameworks, and Incident Response Proficiency in managing IT Infrastructure, Network Architecture, and Security Tools Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory practices in IT security Ability to analyze risks, troubleshoot security issues, and deliver scalable solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus)
