Quality Assurance Fellowship - Internship

About the internship: Utpatti - The finishing school is a 6 -month, industry-led fellowship that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world corporate experience. Unlike traditional internships, our fellows work on live business operations, receive structured mentorship, and develop practical skills by solving real challenges. Throughout the program, you will work closely with experienced professionals and receive direct mentorship, gaining exposure to how high-growth companies operate. If you are passionate about building a career in quality assurance (QA) engineering and software testing, this fellowship offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow from day one. As a QA engineer fellow, you will gain hands-on experience in manual testing, test planning, test case design, bug reporting and tracking, regression testing, API testing, automation testing fundamentals, and software quality assurance by working on the day-to-day QA activities of multiple products, not just in India but also in Singapore & Malaysia. This fellowship focuses on practical learning, ownership, and developing industry-ready QA engineers. On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs 300000 to 450000/year. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on the quality assurance and testing of Mitt Arv Technologies, Travel & Payments, ScamBuster, Utpatti, EXT India, and other group companies 2. Create test cases for software applications 3. Perform functional testing to identify issues 4. Validate APIs for expected functionality 5. Manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle 6. Prepare quality reports based on testing outcomes 7. Learn automation testing fundamentals 8. Ensure high-quality software releases 9. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad2. If currently pursuing college, candidates should be able to attend the office during the second half of the day on their designated weekday3. Students must be available to work from the office on Saturdays (mandatory). Sunday & Monday will be off4. Graduates must be available to work from the office from Tuesday to Saturday5. Candidates should be committed to completing the entire fellowship duration6.
