About the internship: Utpatti - The finishing school is a 6 -month, industry-led fellowship that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world corporate experience. Unlike traditional internships, our fellows work on live business operations, receive structured mentorship, and develop practical skills by solving real challenges. Throughout the program, you will work closely with experienced professionals and receive direct mentorship and guidance from our CEO, gaining exposure to how high-growth companies operate. If you are passionate about building a career in technical product management, this fellowship offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow from day one. As a technical product management Fellow, you will gain hands-on experience in product strategy, product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, agile product development, data-driven decision-making, and product analytics by working on the day-to-day product management activities of multiple products, not just in India but also in Singapore & Malaysia. This fellowship focuses on practical learning, ownership, and developing industry-ready technical product managers. On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs 300000 to 450000/year Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in product requirements gathering. 2. Assist in project management. 3. Participate in technical architecture discussions. 4. Perform functional testing. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad. 2. If currently pursuing college, candidates should be able to attend the office during the second half of the day on their designated weekday. 3. Students must be available to work from the office on Saturdays (mandatory). Sunday & Monday will be off. 4. Graduates must be available to work from the office from Tuesday to Saturday. 5. Candidates should be committed to completing the entire fellowship duration. 6. Candidates should have their own laptop for the duration of the fellowship.
