QA Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of testing frameworks and quality assurance strategies across multiple projects. The QA Architect will play a key role in establishing best practices, mentoring QA teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient test automation frameworks. Define overall testing strategies, including functional, non-functional ( performance, security, etc.), and regression testing. Collaborate with software architects, developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate quality into every phase of the SDLC. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies for test automation and QA processes. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve testing effectiveness and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and implementing enhancements. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for test automation scripts. Guide and mentor QA engineers and testers across teams. Lead the evaluation of new technologies and ensure they are fit for purpose. Create and maintain documentation related to QA processes, tools, and architecture. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3–4 years in a QA Architect or senior QA leadership role. Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with test automation tools. Experience with performance testing tools, CI/CD integration, and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
