Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. - Execute manual tests on various software applications, identifying defects, and reporting issues in a clear and concise manner. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality. - Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed. - Participate in defect triage meetings and work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues. - Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports. - Assist in the development and implementation of QA processes, best practices, and automation strategies. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
