Education and Experience »

Experience with Sales Order Management

Experience in business process analysis and solution design

Experience with configurations and troubleshooting.

Good to Have

Experience with integrations

Knowledge of EDI transactions

Experience working in Agile environments

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of Advanced Pricing and Customer Billing

Strong experience in JD Edwards OTC / Order to Cash module

What You’ll DO

• Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Customer Billing

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business users, product teams, and integration teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and billing workflows.

• Support system enhancements, testing, and production support.
