This role combines strong individual technical contribution with mentoring and team management responsibilities, and requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and .NET Core.Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.Integrate AI capabilities and AI-driven workflows into product features.Mentor SDE 1/2 engineers; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.Lead small to mid-sized engineering teams, owning delivery timelines and quality.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define technical requirements.Drive engineering best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis. Required Skills: 47 years of professional full-stack development experience.Strong hands-on expertise in React (frontend) and .NET Core (backend).Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript and CSS, with a good understanding of UI/design structure and component-based architecture.Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.).Practical experience building or integrating AI workflows/AI-powered features.Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage/lead a team.Strong ownership mindset able to work independently and drive projects to completion.Good understanding of system design, scalability, and security practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required (continued): Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is mandatory, not optional. Nice to Have: Experience with microservices architecture.Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead capacity.
