About the role
Job Title: Engineering Manager – DevOps, DevSecOps & VM Infrastructure Platforms (Python) Experience: 10–15 Years Mandatory Skills 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of people management Strong hands-on experience in Python and Bash scripting Expertise in CI/CD using Jenkins and GitLab Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Ansible) Experience with Git , version control, and branching strategies Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana Experience implementing DevSecOps practices including SAST, SBOM, Secret Scanning , and CI/CD security Experience leading engineering teams delivering DevOps/Platform Engineering solutions Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience Preferred Experience with RabbitMQ/AMQP Exposure to BDD automation frameworks Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development Experience in regulated or security-focused environments Interested candidates can share their resume at: [HIDDEN TEXT]
