SAP Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in SAP Integration with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP standard adapters , including File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters . This role requires a technical team lead who can drive high-quality SAP integration projects , ensure seamless EDI implementation , and contribute to best practices in a dynamic and prestigious work environment . Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee SAP integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Utilize deep expertise in SAP standard adapters , including: File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters . Implement and optimize EDI solutions , ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration. Share expertise with team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement . Contribute to best practices and methodologies to enhance SAP integration efficiency. Manage change requests (CRs) efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications . Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical guidance and support. Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . 7-10 years of experience in SAP integration , with deep knowledge of SAP standard adapters . Proven experience in EDI solution implementation . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools . Previous experience in a Senior Associate or Lead role.
