About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) Engineer to join an engineering firm serving the pharmaceutical industry. This role is fully on-site and ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in fill/finish and greenfield environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) cycle development.
Commission and qualify fillers and isolators.
Plan and execute aseptic process simulations.
Collaborate with vendors and on-site teams to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee and guide CQV activities to meet compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

6–10+ years of CQV experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven expertise in fill/finish operations.

Experience working in greenfield project environments.

Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional work.
