About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in hands-on environments and has deep experience integrating MES with ERP systems—specifically PICO MES and c. If you know how to transform engineering BOMs (EBOMs) into production-ready MBOMs and can bridge the gap between product development, operations, and enterprise systems, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration between PICO MES and NetSuite ERP to ensure smooth, accurate data flow from the shop floor to the business layer.
Convert EBOMs into MBOMs with attention to accuracy, part traceability, and efficient execution.
Build and maintain NetSuite routing structures, work centers, and real-time operation flows.
Configure and link barcode scanners, smart tools, and work instruction stations into MES workflows.
Use Windchill PLM for product validation, change control, and BOM management.
Write and implement Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) for repeatable, high-quality builds.
Set up and launch scalable production lines for high-power electronic inverters.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for manufacturing issues.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Quality teams.
Support fast ramp-ups and ongoing production scaling efforts.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
5+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
Deep experience with PICO MES and NetSuite ERP integration.
Strong command of NetSuite routing, work orders, and operations setup.
Skilled in translating EBOMs to MBOMs in PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
Proficient in Windchill PLM for part management, revisions, and documentation control.
Working knowledge of Creo for fixture design and layout validation.
Proven experience launching and scaling mixed-model assembly lines with smart tooling.
Hands-on experience with standard work development, process balancing, and takt-time planning.
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to lead under pressure.
