Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support pharmaceutical packaging operations with a focus on serialization, SCADA/PLC systems, and process automation. This position requires 24/7 on-site technical support to ensure uninterrupted packaging line operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and execution of validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 in-person technical support for pharmaceutical packaging lines.
Work with process automation and industrial automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and vision systems.
Manage serialization solutions using Systech Guardian, Advisor, and Sentri .
Collaborate with Systech product teams, process automation, and engineering teams.
Oversee system lifecycle deliverables including Commissioning Qualification (CQ) and Computer System Validation (CSV) .
Develop and execute qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Process Validation (PV) .
Support and troubleshoot SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) .
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical packaging processes and standards.
Essential Skills
Strong background in Process Automation Systems and Industrial Automation Systems .
Hands-on expertise in SCADA, PLC, Serialization, Packaging line systems, and Vision systems .
Proven experience with Systech products (Guardian, Advisor, Sentri) .
In-depth knowledge of CQ, CSV, IQ/OQ/PQ, and PV .
Practical experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations.
Familiarity with SAP ATTP .
Desirable Skills
Exposure to additional serialization platforms or advanced packaging technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
